Ms. Serah Njeri Chege is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, she holds an upper second class degree from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law, Kenya School of Law and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.

Serah Njeri Chege is a trained and competent legal professional currently the head of the conveyancing department where she handles conveyancing matters, with experience in commercial law, and real estate law she is instrumental in legal representation on behalf of a wide range of clients.
Before establishingChege & Mageto Advocates with Miller Ondieki Mageto, she was engaged as an associate at Mburu Machua & Co. Advocates where she specialized in drafting and research, handling of all legal documents such as commercial contracts (leases, deeds, mortgages, charge, title deeds, land transfers etc).
Her exposure has included the drawing and registration of discharges, debentures, guarantees and chattels mortgage instruments. She is also quite conversant with matters pertaining to the drawing of Sale Agreements relating to the purchase and sale of properties by private treaty and attending to the completion of the relevant transfers. One of her achievements has been the Legal Advisor to ascertain the conformity of the legal frame work involved in several projects for our clients eg. PNG Real Estate.
Her responsibilities also include preparation and presentation of periodic reports on all projects IE. Labor laws, Commercial Banking and Corporate Law. She has vast experience in client interviewing and counseling, office management, Administration and procedures.
She is also conversant with aspects of Civil and Criminal Litigation, court routines as well as land and company registry procedures, Record Keeping, Registration of documents at the various registries and Basic Accounts.
